Finally, after quite some time, we can release the full report on the Community Voice “Pricing & Packaging” project. It was very special in different form. Compared to the general community voice project, the contributions from the community were much more emotional. Quite a few agencies saw their existing business model called into question by the changed pricing and packaging. The recently changed partner program may also have contributed to the uncertainty of many Shopware partners. For our moderators in the various meetings, it was sometimes not easy to reach an objective level in the discussions.
We have now received all feedback from Shopware – so we can share it with you all!

The Shopware United want to thank the community for all the great feedback that has been received over the last few months throughout this process. It has taken a bit of time , but we think you will all agree that it has been a really worthwhile process. It has been a great honour to provide the forum for all this – and to have ensured that we get a considered response from Shopware.
The Plan Going Forward
The Community Voice Special did now end with this final report, however giving the community a voice does not stop here, it must be a continuous process, and it vital in ensuring that the Shopware 6 platform evolves in a way that makes sense for all Shopware stakeholders – merchants, agencies, technology platforms and of course Shopware themselves. As a result we will be starting this general process again in a couple of weeks for 2023, so that we can again help the community present ordered and coherent feedback to Shopware management.
