Yeah – the HOCKETHON is going into round 4!
It has already happened three times and in November 2023 it will finally be called again:
HOCKETHON in Hockenheim.

👉 Why actually HOCKETHON?
The HOCKETHON is the Kellerkinder Hackathon, with a focus on Shopware. It takes place at our Kellerkinder headquarters in Hockenheim – hence: HOCKETHON – absolutely logical, right? 😬
👉 What’s going on?
Of course, the HOCKETHON includes delicious food, cold drinks, exciting conversations and lots of time among DEVs. In the coding sessions we work together on topics in the Shopware area, preferably in Shopware Core, which are suggested by the participants. If you have a topic, then you present it briefly – teams then form to work on it.

For whom?
We would like to hold the HOCKETHON in German and with senior level developers. Why? We want to code with heart and soul 🧡 For this, you should already have an executable local development environment set up so that we can start straight away 🚀
Costs
The ticket price is 49.00 EUR incl. VAT.
This includes all your food (except breakfast), coffee/tea/cold drinks/water and an exclusive swag pack for you to the event.
👉 Stay overnight?
There is a call-off contingent for overnight stays at the nearby Achat Hotel at a special price of 83.00 EUR/night for a business single room incl. breakfast under the keyword “Kellerkinder”. Your ticket can be seen as a voucher and can be credited towards your first overnight stay.
